For refunds and exchanges, all customers have 7 days to return merchandise for a full refund. After seven days, we can only offer exchanges or give you back the equal amount in store credit. Items must be unopened and unused for full refund or store credit. Designer items come with warranties directly from the manufacturer.

For any other customer services requests, please e-mail customer@mylittlevixen.com. Our phone hours for questions on pending orders are Mon. – Fri. 10am-6pm. If you make an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped out that Monday.

1. Where do you ship your products from?

Our main warehouse is located in California & New Jersey with an additional base in Florida to ensure the fastest shipment possible.

2. Can I pick up items from your office?

We currently sell through our online platform and do not offer pick up service.

4. Do you offer gift cards?
